Al Ghannam Group was established in Al Mahala, Egypt in 1942 and named by Al Ghannam brothers, a veteran who aspired to create a textiles giant at the time when very few in Egypt thought of going into industry. His sons complemented his efforts by establish El Nour Textile to surviving through the hard days of the sixties and early seventies and took on the difficult job of modernizing the factories and widening the products range. The third generation joined the business aided by a superbly experienced team of founding fathers and a very strongly established foundation. Our factories are spread over an area of more than 24,000 square meters in Al Mahala and 10 Ramadan City where we aim to excel in producing textiles. We do not try to short-cut the intensive process of producing the fabrics. We go into each and every detail to satisfy your needs. A critical selection of raw materials working with the best long-staple Cotton in the world - the renowned Egyptian Cotton - marks the beginning of the process.
